Morné is passionate about all the things that make Gecko Africa Safaris and its subsidiary companies tick ! Golf and Safaris. Morné was born just outside the Kruger Park, in the city of Nelspruit. He has worked in the South African Tourism Industry for the past 15 years and has had a wide variety of experiences and stories to tell ! It was in 2005 with this experience and expertise that Morne founded Gecko Africa Safaris. Dedicated to providing tailor-made luxury itineraries this portfolio of companies is managed by Morné who is passionate about providing individual attention to each and every one of his guests.

Jaco finished his Financial Management degree at the now extinct Rand Afrikaans University. Jaco dabbled with business consulting for 7 years, taking him to projects throughout South Africa, UK and USA. He has a passion for travel and discovering new adventures lying around the corner. Through his business, safari and travel knowledge he is dedicated to making a difference in the South African safari and tourism industry. Jaco loves a braai and is a sucker for a good lamb chop with a glass of red wine to match. Family is high priority with his friends never far behind.

After completing his diploma in Tourism and Tour Operations, Warren set his sights on the States. Working and travelling throughout the USA, he worked on golf courses in Florida and New York, including the prestigious Glen Oaks Estate. The highlight of his time in the USA was playing golf at Beth Page Black. Gecko African Safaris is privileged to have Warren join our team, and by using his own personal experiences is able to advise you on the best places to visit in Southern Africa, and how best to put together the ultimate African golfing holiday. Warren takes a "hands on" approach with every itinerary and will give you the best information and advise when planning your African Safari Holiday with us.

After finishing her National & International Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Petro settled down, got married and now sports a proud family of a golfer hubby and 3 children. Having lived in various different regions of South Africa, Petro's local knowledge of our most popular tourism destinations became the motivation to head up our domestic tourism portfolio. Her working history has given her a broad spectrum of experience - from customizing individual bookings to running large tour groups.
