What is the Sabi Sand

The Sabi Sand is a private game reserve bordering the Kruger National Park to the East. What makes this game reserve unique is that there are no border fencing between the Sabi Sand and the Kruger National park, which means that animals can roam freely between the two reserves. This is one of the biggest reasons why the quality of game viewing in the Sabi Sand will never disappoint. The Sabi Sand consists of several privately owned concessions and Lodges, individually run by its owners or management companies which allows for a huge variety of lodges to choose from.
