We recently visited the Sabi Sand on safari which I can safely describe as "The Best Safari Ever!" We visited two properties - Idube Game Reserve in the Western sector, and Londolozi Game Reserve in the Central sector of the Sabi Sand.

Idube - Above average 4 star lodge with excellent game viewing. Our Game Ranger and Tracker went out of their way to give us the best safari experience possible. We saw the "Big 5" within the first two game drives (although I know this is not always guaranteed). The food was great and the friendly hospitality from all the staff and the manager was greatly appreciated.
Londolozi - We were fortunate enough to stay at one of Londolozi's flagship lodges - Londolozi Granite Suites. Talk about ultra luxurious.....once again, the Londolozi experience was something to remember! Excellent food, friendly staff, 1st class game viewing. we were very fortunate to have witnessed a Leopard kill.....a first for me and certainly the highlight of our visit. We happen to follow this young Leopard when all of a sudden, it stalked, and then caught an Impala bull which clearly did not see it coming!
